This backfired

As part of my decluttering project, I took my bibs and medals out of a shoe box. I got a frame and curtain rod to display them.

The next morning was supposed to be my weekly long run. My alarm went off in the wee hours of the morning as usual.

I expected to look at the display and feel motivated. Instead, I looked at the display and thought, "Y'know, I've run enough. I can go back to sleep."

So I did.

I wish I had more room, so I could place this where I didn't see it first thing in the morning.
